The Emotion Code is the simplest way to get rid of your emotional baggage, helping you feel freer, happier and healthier!
So often our animals demonstate how we are feeling with behavioural and physical issues. Truly the best way to heal our animals is to heal ourselves!
The technique was created and refined by a chiropractor, Dr. Bradley Nelson, who realized that his patient's aches and pains were more than just physically based - they were emotional. Dr. Brad coined the phase "Trapped Emotions" which are negative energies that become trapped in the body during stressful emotional events.
Because the body is made of pure energy, the negative energy of Trapped Emotions can exert a damaging force on the body, which usually worsens over time. Trapped Emotions cause pain, self-sabotage, emotional problems and all kinds of malfunction and disease.
As a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, Shelli has been trained to discover and release your Trapped Emotions. This helps clear the way for your body's natural ability to heal itself, often resulting in a reversal of the disease process and a disappearance of the emotion and physical ailments. The Emotion Code has been able to help all kinds of difficulties, including but not limited to all those listed below.
The Emotion Code is non-invasive, and requires very little time and effort on your part. No dredging up the past is required, which makes it very cost effective compared to other kinds of therapy. Everything discussed or discovered is always confidential.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The subconscious mind is the ultra intelligent computer system of the body. It knows just what you need in order to be healthy and happy. The Emotion code uses questions and muscle testing (a form of biofeedback) to get information from the subconscious about a Trapped Emotion. Once it has been identified, it can be released using a combination of two important elements; The modern technology of therapeutic magnets and the Ancient principles of Chinese Medicine. A magnet acts as a power carrier for the practitioner's intention to release the emotion. When that magnified intention energy is placed onto the body via the Governing Meridian (a major energy channel in the acupuncture system), it flows through the body instantly and releases the emotion!

What is happening within yourself? What are you seeing and interpreting?
What are you pushing down within yourself and not allowing to surface?
Animals come to our life for a reason. They are our teachers, healers and guides. When we learn to know them, respect them, and honour them for the spiritual beings they are, then they help us become better person, to accept ourselves and be happier.
When we heal, they heal.
Animals do not want us to be in pain or suffer on any level: physical, spiritual, emotional or mental.
Our animals’ acute sensitivity to our feelings can translate into their own behavior or physical problems. Very often, the way they act is a reflection of our emotions. Our animals often sense more than we do about our internal motivations and conflicted feelings. Because of their love and friendship for us, they want to help us feel balanced and happy. Should our feelings stay hidden or conflicted, they will often act them out, giving us an opportunity to look within ourselves and perhaps make a change for the better.
It is important not to feel guilty. “It is my fault if he/she behaves like this…” But you need to realize that it is a gift of love that your animal offers you. He/she is trying to help you. Think of mirroring as your animal loving you so much there isn’t anything, they wouldn’t do for you!
It is also especially important not to blame and get angry at the animal for their behaviours. A lot of people find themselves thinking it is all about the animal for whatever they are doing and more often than not, it is actually what is happening within ourselves.
He/she gives you the opportunity to take care of you and bring you comfort. He/she makes you realize that there are parts of you that need to be cherished so you can thrive fully, be happy, be fit and healthy physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
· Thank the animal for the gift he/she just offered you by making you aware of certain situations so that you can become happier.
· Tell him/her that by these actions she is empowering you to make some changes for your benefits and theirs.
· Now it is time for you to take the leadership and change the situation.
Enjoy your animal
Take time to care for yourself
Ask yourself what you enjoy?
Is there something that you have not done in a long time?
Animals can also help us heal those aspects of ourselves that need to be nurtured.
By his/her attitude and behaviour, he is showing you the way to a better life with your animals and friends.
What to do about this:
1. How are you responding/reacting to the animal’s behaviour/physical issues?
2. What specifically bothers me about this behaviour?
3. What is this bringing up for me? (emotions/feelings)
4. Where in my life have, I felt this way before?
5. How can I self nurture/love myself through this process?
6. Is there somewhere in my childhood or later years where I may have experienced this or treated someone this way?
Just like you are learning to accept your animal’s situation and behaviours do the same for yourself? Sit with the feelings that are coming up for you, acknowledge them, tell yourself it is okay to have these feelings. So often as children our negative feelings were not accepted, so it was natural to push them down. Unfortunately, they are just like a rubber ducky in a tub, the harder you push it down, the harder it pops up.
Pull back your energy with your animal, in other words, soften it, do not focus on the negative, focus on what is good. Make sure they feel lovable. Tell them that they are lovable, because every time you say it to them you say it to yourself. Do this for a while and see if you feel better, by checking in with yourself. If you feel better, they will feel better. Constantly check in with yourself, become very aware of your feelings and emotions – make it become 2ndnature! If you feel yourself out of sorts, hold that space for yourself, love yourself, tell yourself that it is perfectly okay to feel this way. The more we acknowledge and accept our negative feelings as being perfectly human, the speedier they go away.
Visualize what you want them to do, instead of expecting the worse and anticipating their negative behaviours or physical ailments (which can be very hard to do!) Our animals actually see our thoughts and if we are constantly running in our mind the actions we don’t want, they will probably continue as they are unable to decipher what is actually our fear, not unlike our subconscious mind.
Play this positive visualization over and over in your mind, so they get what it is that you are wanting. Muster up all the love you feel for your animal when doing so, they will feel this and marvel in it!
